Disregard my previous post on this. I will bet you just forgot to tighten them, they are all on the same component. Tighten them up like you did the others and you should be fine. This happens to experienced mechanics all the time too. They get interupted and when they resume they miss a step. That or it is your Polish heritige. No offense, I am part Polish too.
