Logic would say that vacuum leaks would lean out the mixture. Once you start touching things you will overrichen the mixture to compensate so now it IS running rich WITH THE VACUUM LEAKS! Just because you put all those nice, new parts in doesn't automatically fix things. You could have installed them wrong or knocked something else loose. You need to go over all of your work again. Another pair of eyes may see something you missed. You could have injectors that are leaking or have a messed up spray pattern. It still sounds like vacuum leaks but now you have overrichened the mixture to get it to run with all the "false air" getting past the air sensor. Some hard to see vacuum leaks are the fuel injector seals, the big vacuum hose that goes to the brake booster, the tube that goes into the bottom of the mixture unit that feeds the idle motor, the plug over the mixture screw, and the two knock-out plugs on the front of the intake manifold. You could have a leaking cold start valve. On a car I worked on the "O" ring was missing under the cold start valve and it was a large leak. I also worked on a car where the bolt holding the wires on the front, left intake manifold was too long. It bent the knock-out plug under it so it leaked. On another the "O" ring on the idle tube was not held in place by the brass ring because it was all bent up. You have to go over everything very carefully. In many cases it is not one leak but the culmination of many, small ones. Attention to detail will fix them all. Recheck your firing order too. You may have to remove and clean your spark plugs once you get all your vacuum leaks under control.
