Don't forget Fuse #16. If it isn't passing juice, the switch is bit of a moot point (being on its own circuit, you can have fuse problems without necessarily realizing that's the failure point). My own lights had become somewhat unpredictable. Even though every time I tested the line to the switch it was live, lights would still ocassionally fail to illuminate. Turns out the fuse wasn't making reliable contact. A squeeze of the terminals (plus a new fuse for good measure) returned the circuit to full function. Put the wires back where they're supposed to be or change the switch out. Use a 7/8" wrench. The wires go one on either blade.
