It will come down to economics. It will not be worth much with a salvage title. You will spend a lot of money on it to get it to run. If you have to spend more on it to make it run than it will be worth with a salvage title then it only makes economic sense to part it out. In some States you cannot register a car with a salvage title, it is only meant for use AS a parts car.
