I would like to add that it is easy to protect the torsion bar. Get a short piece of plastic pipe and slit it lengthwise. Use one of the pieces over the bar with some duct tape. Be careful when you go through the rivets, if the drill goes in too deep it WILL dimple the door skin. Use a depth stop.
