Not that I'm agreeing with you, but I noticed a
similar situation.  All I did was change my oil, and
then it got kind of weird cold starting (crank and die
kind of stuff).  After the weekend, the car has
behaved ever since.  I actually wondered something
similar, but I thought everyone would think I was a
nutbar.  Good to see I'm crazy with someone else ;).
