> I'm stumped. Car insists on running at 2400-2600 rpm. If the Idle Speed Screws are all closed, the next thing I would check would be the Idle Speed Motor. When my D idled high, I found that the Idle Speed Motor was stuck in the wide open position. I used carb cleaner and a screw driver to free it up, and then sprayed in some lubricant. It has worked great for several years and several thousand miles.
