Brandon, You will probably see this posted here numerous times, but check out Tamir's Delorean Website under the Custom Deloreans section, Lotus Conversion. Robert has done an awesome job on the same type of conversion you mentioned, but note it was expensive. Also, do not try to get door struts with some cross-reference number, since these struts are specific to the Delorean and any other strut may cause damage to the strut mount, if too long. Any of the major Delorean parts vendors have the "right ones".
