[DML] Millennium Concours registration details

For the convenience of the participants, the Millennium Concours
registration will be handled by DMC (Texas) as part of the regular
registration process for the Open House event they are hosting.

There is a limited number of openings available for the concours
competition, so please be sure you secure your place in the event
early. Watch for the concours registration options in the DMC Open
House registration page. If you have any questions about getting
signed up for the event or about the details of participating,
please feel free to contact me or any of the other coordinators
(Dave Swingle and Marty Maier).
