That isn't a dashcover. That is a hillbilly method of covering dash cracks. And the same "quality" method was used on the binnacle as well. I'm from W.V.a. originally, so I know hillbillies. Watch out for this one, looks to need quite a bit of work, but with the right money, it is descent enough to restore.
