[DML] Raleigh, NC St. Patrick's Day Parade

Anyone interested in joining me in the Raleigh, NC St. Patrick's Day
Parade?  There is no charge to participate, and I will be sending in
my application to drive in the next day or two.

The parade is March 12th, with the line up beginning at 10:00.
