I would suggest taking it to DentWizard and see what they think about it (providing there is one near you). I know that the place in Cincinnati has worked on DeLoreans before, and was able to remove a dent from someone's hood as well as their right front fender. I'd suggest taking it to them for an estimate/if they can do it.
