I haven't seen the 2002 Neon lug nuts but over the years my efforts to use a cross over were disappointing. The contacting surface angle, nut to wheel, is critical and I was never satisfied that any crossover matched. I would recommend staying with the originals in this critical application. Avoid using an impact wrench on them as it will damage the crome cover on the nut.
