[DML] Super Charged PRV

I was browsing some of the photos in my collection and came across a
photo I have of a huge belt driven super charger on a PRV.
Does anyone know anything about this?
I would like to know how well it works, how much it costs and
how hard it was to do.
It looks like they had to move the water bottle...
