You need to check the resistor near the fan motor. It gets rusty and the connections go bad. It can cause you to loose speeds. You may also have other problems like a bad 3 speed relay or a bad fan switch. It is also possible a connector backed out in the fuse block or a wire fell off the fan switch. Start with the resistor, that will probably get you most of the speeds back if not all of them. See if the 3 speed relay clicks when you turn the fan switch from 2 to 3 to 2. If the relay clicks it is probably OK.
