[DML] Re: Fails CALIF emission

How are the other levels? I recently had to deal with an 85 volvo 240 
that wouldn't pass NOx as well. Even after a full tune-up the NOx was 
still 2 times max allowable. It turned out that the catalytic 
converter was bad. Upon replacing it, the NOx dropped down to less 
than 1/4 of the max allowed.
