Raise the front left wheel up. Disconnect the speedo cable from the angle drive. Spin the wheel and look inside the end of the angle drive to see if it is turning. If it isn't remove the wheel and turn the square shaft by hand. If the angle drive still doesn't turn then it is bad. If it does then the drive disc is worn. If the angle drive spins when you spin the wheel then you have to check the lower cable.
