Get a pressure tester for cooling systems that will fit your car (almost all GM vehicles are this size), go somewhere really quiet, and pump it up to 15lbs. it will probably go down, hopefully not too fast! anyway, listen for hissing or bubbling, and that should help you narrow down things. don't forget about the heater core, which you might not be able to hear unless you are in the car. If you can't find any leaks but it is definitely losing pressure, check your oil and see if has white swirls in it or check your exhaust next time you start up cold for white smoke. maybe a headgasket?
