Actually idle speed motor remains in whatever position valve open to at time electricity disconnected. If motor/cold start tube are capped off, engine will struggle briefly to breathe through PCV, then die. If you remember my engine from Fall Foliage, has no idle speed motor. Will not idle without brass bypass/balancing screws. This assumes throttle plates tight and fully closed, of course.
