The idle speed regulator is what the idle ECU controls. It is the black or brass colored cylinder mounted on the driver's side/rear of the engine. Easily identified by the ECU plug and the metal tube that goes from it, into the air/fuel mixture control unit. The ECU is the module behind the driver's seat.
