for sale: Updated computer governor

Forgot to mention, I have an updated/revised automatic computer governor for
sale as well. It has been updated with better components to ensure a long
life and also, the two circuit boards that are located in the housing have
been moved to a new black box with enough slack to install easily anywhere
in the engine compartment. The box is sealed so that no water can get into
it as well.
