Jump RPM relay to force pump on (can do this even without energizing vehicle), jack up car, and climb underneath for visual inspection. If you see gas flowing from closing plate, problem is tank/pump related (located above closing plate, mostly accessible below spare tire). Accumulator hidden in world's worse location right before rear wishbone. Fuel filter attached to driver's side of wishbone.
