There was one for sale in Jacksonville a short while back.... 160k miles and needed some TLC for sure.... But the car was in great running condition according to the owner. He wanted $11000 for the car but dropped to 10k.. Not sure if it sold....but if it is still for sale you may likely be able to offer less.Contact info I was provided with: phone - 904-536-9119 seller name - Kendall Tuttle. Other than that the best places to look (in my opinion) Dmcnews.com (of course!), http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/ , http://www.hemmings.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/classifieds.carsearch/sort_ by/insertdate/make/DeLorean (use that link cuz hemmings is supposedly only letting subscribers in and I saved the link before then and it still works) and note this list is from newest listed to oldest so as you go down they are normally long sold... The georgia one on that list sold a month ago :( , also try www.cars.com sometimes they show up on there, and lastly Ebay. Ebay is a strange bird... My advice is to scour the ebay list as often as you can and if you see a new DMC up contact the seller and see what their "off of ebay sale price is" sometimes you are pleasently surprised and make a deal quick....this is how I obtained VIN 6029 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6209&i tem=2430953540 so this CAN work. Oh and I almost forgot Abracat.com ...classifieds search...I normally use it to fine arcade machines in my area but I was also able to find a couple Deloreans on there too. Finding one in your LOCAL (within 50 miles) area may be possible but it is unlikely... Be willing to ship the car to you and you open up a lot more opportunities to find a nice DMC at a price you will like. Good Luck!
