It's always the littlest things. Here's a quick description of what I did last night. I turned the key to on and put my voltmeter on fuse 1 (while the fuse was still installed). I heard (what I believe to be) the RPM relay click. That seemed odd. Was that a stuck relay? Then I yanked fuse 1 and cleaned its contact and sprayed a little electrical cleaner on it. With the fuse back and fingers crossed, I cranked the engine. It fired up. The engine hunted for about 15 seconds, trying to stall. Eventually, the idle smoothed out and purred at 900-1000 RPMs.
