The power antennae fuse is an in-line fuse. It is located nearby the relay behind the driver's seat under the carpet and left side cover panel. As far as size is concerned it should be large enough that it doesn't blow and small enough that if the motor or wiring should ground out it will blow. The smaller the better. If you can live on a 2 amp then that is fine. The difference between a 2 and a 5 is small. This fuse is meant to blow on a direct short to ground before you melt wires or relays. The fuse should really be over by the circuit breaker where it taps off so the wire going across is also protected but that is the way they did it.
