Did you use the "good stuff" for replacement parts or did you go to the local auto store? This is where quality shows, the better parts last longer. Or maybe something came loose? The spark plug wires have to "snap" on to have a good connection. Maybe you knocked a hose or wire loose in the front of the engine, it is very easy to do it and not notice.
