David, you misunderstood. My ISC works fine and holds the idle at 775 when loaded, as it should. I simply prefer about 950 when the higher wattage halogens I use or the AC is on. All modern cars (my Turbo Supra is an example) have multiple idle speed targets (depending on other variables besides coolant temps) for giving improved electrical system and AC performance. >>You should not have had to modify the circuit to force the idle up 200 rpm.
