Andy, There is a lot of things that can make it run bad during warm up as you know. But after it warms up trying adjusting the 02 setting and see how it does. Even though the Lambda system is running on manual, the control plunger in the distributor may not be rising high enough and starving the injectors. Re check the placement of the wires and the timing. One wire may not be plugged in all the way. I cleaned many parts with carb cleaner, replaced some old vacuum hoses, replaced ALL gaskets and O-rings that have to do with the intake manifold, did valve adjustments for all valves and cleaned the fuel injectors. Car fired right up, but still idled poorly, it smoothed out some as it warmed up. I took it for a quick 12 mile spin on the highway. The car seemed to have a little trouble going up hill, I had to give it more gas than usual to keep the speed up.
