Group, I thought we beat this up last year. The fans can be adjusted to cycle 
on and off two or three ways. Even if they stay on like some people have hard 
wired them to do then in cooler weather ( maybe less than 90 degrees just run 
on one fan ) if you want fans on all the time. 
#1.Low pressure switch can be adjusted.
#2. If freon is low then it will cycle all the time.
#3. Don't run on max all the time. This is why it cycles so much. If you will 
run on normal and maybe add a little heat the A/C won't cycle as much.
#4. I have seen Circuit breakers burned up for the fans, Fan fail melted, Fan 
relays burnt bad. Fuses melted, But I haven't seen the wires burned because 
fans ran all the time.
