Need repair help in Atlanta

I have a 1983 that I believe has a bad starter. I have 13 volts on the dash meter and when I turn the key I hear the fuel pump and the relay behind the passenger seat and I hear a loud click from the engine bay (the solenoid?) but the engine does not turn. Jumping does not help.

I used to rely on Joe Lore (DMCJOE) but understand he is out of this business for now.

Does anyone know of a repair shop that will look at the car?

I have talked to several independent repair places and they want nothing to do with it.
