JRT, Try giving on of these a shot: http://www.lelandwest.com http://www.condonskelly.com/ http://www.hagerty.com/ https://www.americancollectorsins.com/ http://www.grundy.com/ They provide collector/show car insurance given that the vehicle is used as a collector or show car (also must be garage kept). There are yearly mileage limitations though (like 2K mi. p/yr). The last time I was quoted, rates were anywhere from $300 - $500 annually. I do not own a D yet but I began shopping for insurance prior to getting my hands on one. Cost is of concern to me because this would be my third car and I'm already paying some of the highest insurance rates in the country because I live in New Jersey. Hope this helps.
