Welcome to the club. Thats the same one I broke off. Unfortunately you will have to remove the rear facia to get at the bolt. You will also need a stub drill bit and a right angel drill adapter and lots of patience. If you loosen the motor mounts, its possible to raise the engine a little to get a better shot at the broken bolt.
