Look in the channel just behind the windshield. If you can see thin foam or headliner material sticking out past the weatherstrip, then yours is probably doing what mine was. The headliner material sticking through will "wick" the water right on through to the interior. Enough water and it drips right in front of the seat and will soak the floor. If this is it, just take a razor knife and trim the excess material, then seal the area with silicone caulk.
