Need help adjusting torsion bar (North Carolina)

Good grief people: I go out of town for a couple of days and all
chaos breaks loose on DMCNEWS...

Am about ready to bring my fine new ride south. Driver's torsion bar
definitely needs retorquing ASAP (same drooping problem w/ two
different new struts; both stuts great on passenger side). Procedure
is blissfully vague in tech manual (actually isn't in tech manual,
but I tried to extrapolate from installation procedure). Archived
posts indicate a novice could do more damage than good (especially a
novice working alone).

I need assistance of one or more experienced torsion bar adjusters
within reasonable distance of southeast North Carolina. I'll do the
heavy supporting -- I need your expertise. Of course I'll drive to
you. Any offers?

#5939 (and I don't mind the BTTF jokes anymore now that I *FINALLY*
have my hands on the car!)
