I don't care how new or "certified" your parts are. All it takes is a TINY amount of dirt in a fuel line and now you have an injector with a bad pattern. The point is you can't just throw new parts into a system that has dirt in it and expect it not to screw up your new parts. With all of the problems you have had with your fuel system I believe you still have dirt in there that is now working it's way throughout the system. As I have claimed in the past most fuel system problems start in the fuel tank, meaning if there is ANY dirt in there it is indicitive of dirt in the entire system and that means you must clean out the entire system to remove ALL of the dirt. The good news is that you can probably just clean the injectors and they will be OK but unless you really clean out all of the system this will keep happening. Chemical treatments won't usually fix problems with dirt. They are meant for cleaning systems that have gummed up from old fuel, not inorganic forgein matter. I don't think they have yet made "Mechanic in a bottle".
