And also wreak havoc on the vendors. I know that PJ Grady keeps a record of a Credit Card on file so that billing is faster for the person returning to purchase another item. I guess you can "order" a part and when it's availabe they'll ship it out but I don't think they might want to go that route. Most of the time a person will place an order for something and by the time it's made/arrives that person changes their mind and dosn't want it anymore now that leaves the vendor with an extra item.
