The POR should be topcoated with hardnose for added resistance... but I have yet to see ANY coating that was "brake fluid proof". POR is quite resistant to brake fluid. Even Eastwood's brake parts coating is only marketed as being "resistant" to fluid. The biggest advantage POR has, is that it applies well over a rusted surface, and stays on.
