I just refused to remove that rear fascia just to get a bolt out. You don't need to. With a little finessing anything is possible. Maybe its because I have smaller hands than you. But it is possible to rotate that stuff in the pontoon out of the way so you can fit either a wrench or a ratchet in there to loosen that bolt. Hope that helps.
