Fred, The "Guaranteed to Pass" was actually the name of the product. It didn't help. As a matter of fact, I'm trying to remember if it made any difference AT ALL. I think I found it at Pep Boys here on the East coast. It's funny, if you readthe small print on the back of the label it says that the guarantee only applies if the engine is running correctly and all emissions equipment is in good working order.
