I was told specifically by my Allstate agent that even if I didn't carry collision on my D, that a deer strike would be covered under my comprehensive. As far as getting it fixed, they'll probably squirm a bit and want a local shop to do the work, along with finding the cheapest used or repaired parts they can get. But I don't think you'd have a problem arguing that a Delorean shop is the only place qualified to do the work. In which case they're looking at higher transportation costs. I'd suggest you don't sign away any of your rights until you're convinced you'll be getting the service you've been paying your premiums for. Jim 6147
