After I cleaned all of the grounding locations, and reinstalled the wires, I applied a coating of dielectric grease to the area. It seems to stay in there very well, and is actually designed to protect electrical connections from moisture. I also installed some extra grounding straps between the engine, transmission, and frame. They expected the current to flow through the motor mount bolts in the original design. HMMMMM! I don't really like to coat connections as it makes them harder to inspect and also messier when you do have to clean them. > David Teitelbaum > vin 10757
