Granted that also came with a full restoration, which now that the car is selling on eBay as it is now, does not.. The car on eBay does indeed appear to be the same one featured in the DeLorean Gold Portfolio. From major items, like the gold rims, down to the exact same bends in the wires in the engine compartment. But there are a couple of things that I'm curious about. The photos in the book show the words "ZWEI TURBO" written on the rear facia, and on the stainless below the rear. Perhaps this was later removed by DMC when deciding upon side treatments & designs. As are the 2nd items here which appear to be the brass badges that say "Twin Turbo Prototype" all over the car. If this was used for display purposes durring shows and such, then it would make sense. -Robert vin 6585 "X"
