About 3 years ago, I had a similar incident. The left side started to make some "unfriendly noises", and when I investigated, I found one bracket bolt missing, and the other bolt sheared off. The only thing that was keeping that side together was that the TA bolt was still intact, and the flat washers were "capturing" the bracket so that it couldn't go through the hole in the frame rail. I heartily second this strong recommendation. This incident caused me to really look at the configuration of the rear suspension, which ultimately inspired me to develop my new TA bolts. These are great cars, but we must all be diligent. In fact, check ALL the important suspension bolts.
