I just received the latest J.C. Whitney Catalog. In the new and hot products
section (page one) they have a tail/brake light LED replacement lamp. It is
configured in a circular patern and is designed to display a "rotating
patern" while in taillight mode and 2 pulse per second "flash" in brake
light mode. They are supposed to be 4 times brighter and directly replace
the 1157 bulb. They sell for 24.95 each. They also advertise a marker lamp
and interior lamp as well. Available in the usual colors including white and
many other "neon" colors. See the back inside cover. These look like they
run between around 9.00 depending on your needs. They also have a "fuse
type" LED replacement for the dome lights. These might be worth a look.
