This blower motor is an original General Motors part carried at most auto parts stores. I found mine at NAPA. It is the EXACT match for the original D's fan motor. I just replaced mine; all you have to do is unscrew about four screws that hold the motor inplace, and it drops right out. Remove the white fan assy. from the old one and install it on the new motor; it matches EXACTLY and works PERFECTLY - no more grinding noise and lots of air! If anyone is interested, I can buy get it for you.
