Start with the most obvious place, the battery! On most Deloreans the battery strap is missing or not used so the battery could have shifted and loosened the connections. If it really bounced maybe you shook something loose inside the battery and now it's bad. After tightening the connections (clean them too) check all of the big heavy cables, the ends should be clean and tight. Have the battery tested and if it's over 4 years old suspect it is bad. Check the belt going to the alternater and if you still have the Ducey consider upgrading.
