Several people have suggested this. Should have mentioned in the initial post; the accumulator was replaced at DMC Houston last July when I took posession, so I would assume (and there's that word again) that the accumulator is ok. I was going to perform the checkvalve test described at http://www.dmcnews.com/Techsection/hotstart.htm and see what happened (unless someone has a better suggestion or warnings of my impending doom).
