It is very possible you knocked something loose when you were working on the motor. It is very tight there and you could disconnect something and not realize it. Another possibility is that you kicked the inertia switch under the dash. Make sure the plunger is down and the fuel pump is running. Are you sure you don't have ignition or could it be fuel?
