Hello, Now that my car is driveable again I want to get the speedometer fixed before I put any miles on it(no movement at all right now). I removed the lower cable where it meets the angle drive and spun it with my hand and the speedometer showed movement so I know there must be something wrong with the drive. I removed the wheel and found that the long square rod that connects the plastic cup to the drive gear was missing. I also removed the angle drive and it spins freely and looks to be in good shape. Does this mean that my angle drive is unrepairable or can I just install a new rod? I dont see it in the parts manual. Does anyone have a spare rod they would sell? Thanks! David
