'81 DMC for sale

Just spotted this on the Autotrader website. Thought it might be a good project
for any Dave Stragand starter kits......Vixen2 maybe?

Just spoke to the owner (Harry) about the car and here is some additional info:

The car had been painted red, but currently is primer gray. Black interior that
is currently disassembled. The car has numerous electrical updates.
Mileage on the car is 70K. It's an early 81 with the gas flap. Harry is
located in Santa Clarita California and has another D that he purchased new in
'82.
The one for sale was a project car and Harry just doesn't have the time to put
it back on the road. He was great about answering any and all questions.
He did not have the Vin in front of him at the time of the call. He can be
